Is there a minimum digitizing fee:
 Yes, the minimum fee is $10.00 Maximum fee is $150.00
 
How many custom embroidery items do I need to order:
 There is no minimum or maximum order quantity.
 
Can I bring or send you my own personal items:
 Yes, if you mail us your items there is a shipping fee which will be included in your invoice. If you are local to us please contact us to make arrangements to drop off your items.  If the jobs big enough, and you are within Pleasant Hill, Concord, Walnut Creek or Martinez we will even pick up and deliver.
    
How long will it take to get my order:
 Creative Connections Embroidery takes great pride in workmanship.  Our normal turnaround time is 2 weeks depending on the size of the order and our current orders status.  Need something faster?  Let us know, we will be happy to try and accommodate your needs, we sometimes have to include a rush order fee minimum of $15.00.
 
What are your shop hours:
 Well we don't have any really.  We are a small family owned business that operates from our home. So, our time is very flexible, which allows us to provide top rate customer service, high quality professional embroidery and competitive fees.
 
What are your method of payments:
 Online orders such as digitizing of a logo or design require payment via PayPal (you will be provided with our PayPal ID once an estimate has been created) or Credit Card by phone.  All local jobs: we accept Cash, Checks, Master Card, Visa, Discover and Debit Card.
